Suitable for powder materials are processed into a circular spherical particles, widely used in organic fertilizer plant, compound fertilizer plant, sludge pull garbage treatment plants and mines, chemical industry, food and other industries. The material for processing of granulation, granule porduct with beautiful appearance, particle diameter selection of large scale.
The disc keeps rotating during operation, powder materials flow into disc granulator, the spray device equiped on the top of disc sprays mist into disc, then mix mist and powder materials evenly, granulate into ball shape fertilizer granules. In the buttom of disc, there is a combination of blade and rubber, it can clear sticky wall material and refuse to scratch at same time.
