Last week we sent a rotary drum fertilizer production line to Uzbekistan. The customer visited our factory in the fall of 2019, and we also led the customer to visit our local project in Zhengzhou. After reading it, the customer was very interested and immediately paid us a deposit of $2,000. However, due to the new coronary pneumonia, the client's funds were insufficient, so he applied for a loan from the local bank. Recently, the client's loan was approved and the balance was paid to us, and we immediately prepared to ship the goods.

Rotary drum fertilizer production line, in which steam, gas ammonia or phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphoric ammonia slurry, heavy calcium slurry are added to the machine to complete the chemical reaction and heat supply compound fertilizer granulation process; or The cold granulation process of compound fertilizer supplemented with a small amount of water. The material to be granulated is passed through the rotation of the barrel, and the barrel rotates when there is no material. Under the appropriate humidity and temperature, the ball will be aggregated to complete the ball making process.

2. Steam heating is introduced to increase the temperature of the material, so that the moisture of the material is low after the ball is formed, and the drying efficiency is improved;
