3 Ton Diesel Roller Extrusion Granulator Shipped to Canada

Zhengzhou Shenghong Heavy Industry has shipped a 3-ton roller extrusion granulator to a Canadian customer. The unit is custom-built with a diesel engine for off-grid operation and features the customer's exclusive logo.

The granulator works on the roller extrusion principle, where materials are pressed directly into pellets under high pressure between two rollers—no drying required, energy-saving and eco-friendly. It is widely used for granulating organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and mineral powders, suitable for farms and fertilizer processing plants.

The machine passed full-load testing before being packed and dispatched to Vancouver Port.
